Tuesday wasn’t just Tuesday for a Publix shopper and Florida Lottery game player who bought a ticket worth almost $109,000.

Someone who picked 3, 8, 20, 31 and 36 at the Tamarac Town Square Publix, 8245 NW 88th Ave., won the Fantasy 5 evening draw jackpot of $108,978.

Tuesday’s Fantasy 5 midday draw jackpot winner, from a Boynton Beach Publix, used Quick Pick to pick the numbers that made their ticket worth $52,485.

These and any other winning tickets worth $600 to $1 million can be cashed at Florida Lottery district offices, which are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The one in Miami-Dade is in Miami Lakes at 14621 Oak Ln. and can be reached at 305-364-3080 or MIARC@flalottery.com.
