A Miami area Publix and Walmart sold Florida Lottery jackpot winners worth $132,000
Sunday’s only Florida Lottery game jackpot winner came from a Miami-Dade Walmart gas station the day after a ticket bought at a Publix elsewhere in the county split a Saturday night jackpot drawing.
A Fantasy 5 ticket with numbers 8, 22, 23, 29 and 33 and bought at the Murphy USA station connected to the 5851 NW 177th St. Walmart took Sunday night’s $100,880 jackpot.
Saturday, nobody won the Powerball, Florida Lotto, Cash 4 Life or Fantasy 5 midday draw jackpots, but four tickets split the Fantasy 5 evening draw. A ticket sold at the West Miami Publix, 1500 NW 57th Ave., with 5, 11, 16, 21 and 34 was worth $32,125.
These tickets need to be cashed at a Florida Lottery district office, all of which are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The district office in Miami-Dade is at 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes, and can be reached at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.
