Ten migrants from five countries come ashore in South Florida, Border Patrol says

The U.S. Border Patrol said 10 migrants from five countries came ashore Boynton Beach in a small cabin cruiser early Friday morning.

The agency said in a statement on Twitter that the people are from Guyana, Jamaica, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Brazil.

“The investigation is ongoing,” Walter Slosar, chief patrol agent for Border Patrol’s Miami operations, said in the statement.
