Pembroke Pines man solicited child porn from multiple girls, federal agents say
A Pembroke Pines man’s apartment was raided by FBI agents Wednesday after he solicited sexually explicit videos from several girls and shared child pornography, according to federal court records.
Authorities learned of a three-year online relationship between Daniel Lozano, 33, and a minor in March 2025, a criminal complaint filed in Fort Lauderdale federal court said. She was 16 years old but told Lozano she was 18 and in high school.
Lozano complimented her and sent her money for food, clothing, hair and nails for around six months without asking for anything in return, the complaint said. But then started asking for sexual images and videos in return.
She told investigators he was the CEO of a company in Florida and sent her about $1,000 in total, the complaint said. They did most of their communicating through social media platform Snapchat.
Investigators confirmed Lozano was the president of Miami-Dade Welding Solutions and obtained a search warrant for his Snapchat account.
“Lozano’s account had multiple conversations containing images and videos which depicted child pornography, child erotica and age difficult sexually explicit videos and images,” the complaint said.
There were six accounts, not including the first minor victim, that showed an exchange of goods for images or videos of child pornography, the complaint said. Lozano also sent child pornography to a person in Germany.
Federal agents executed a search warrant Wednesday at his apartment in the 7900 block of Pasadena Boulevard and found additional child sexual abuse material with prepubescent minors on his cellphone, the complaint said.
Lozano was arrested on charges of production of child pornography, distribution and receipt of child pornography, possession of child pornography and coercion and enticement. He was being held Thursday at the Broward Main Jail for the U.S. Marshal’s Office and didn’t have an attorney listed yet, jail records show.
