Triple shooting in Miami Gardens has two people in serious condition, police say
A Saturday night triple shooting hospitalized two people in serious condition, Miami Gardens police say.
Video from WSVN-Channel 7 showed crime scene tape and evidence markers around the Checkers drive-thru hamburger joint at 2645 NW 183rd St., the northeast corner of Northwest 27th Avenue and Miami Gardens Drive.
Police say a ShotSpotter alert brought them to the intersection, where they found two men with guns and gunshot wounds. As they were taken to a hospital with serious injures, the third person shot rolled up to a different hospital, police said, in a car hit by bullets.
