BSO investigates shooting at Hallandale Beach strip club
Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating a shooting at a Hallandale Beach strip club that wounded a man early Monday morning.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. at the Playhouse Gentlemen’s Club at 5775 West Hallandale Beach Blvd., according to the sheriff’s office.
When deputies arrived, they found a man who had been shot, the sheriff’s office said. Paramedics took him to the hospital; his condition as of Monday afternoon was not available.
The shooting happened outside the club in the parking lot, the sheriffi’s office said.
BSO did not have information about possible suspects and said the investigation is “active and ongoing.” The agency asks anyone with information to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
