Man killed, woman detained after Brownsville shooting, deputies say

A man was shot and killed early Wednesday morning in Brownsville, and a woman has been detained for questioning, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office
Around 3:35 a.m. deputies responded to a shooting at an apartment building in the 5100 block of Northwest 29th Avenue, near a Metrorail station.
When they arrived, they found a wounded man. He was taken to Ryder Trauma Center by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, where he died.
A woman was detained and investigators are working to determine her involvement.
Deputies did not release any names.
