Man killed in hit-and-run crash in south Miami-Dade, deputies say
A man was killed in a hit-and-run in south Miami-Dade on Sunday morning, according to deputies.
At about 5 a.m., Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies found a man in the roadway near Southwest 187th Avenue in Redland. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene, but the man was already dead.
The man’s identity has yet to be released. Traffic homicide detectives are investigating the man’s death.
