15-year-old shot at Hilton hotel in downtown Miami after fight in the lobby, cops say
A 15-year-old boy was shot at the Hilton Miami Downtown after a fight ensued in the hotel’s lobby early Wednesday morning, police said.
The teen was shot in the arm around 2:30 a.m. at Hilton Miami Downtown, 1601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami police spokesman Officer Michael Vega said in a statement. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition, Vega said.
A “possible suspect” was detained but no arrests had been made as of 9 a.m., Vega noted.
There was a large police presence at the Hilton early Wednesday morning, CBS News Miami reported.
