Four people were taken to the hospital early Monday morning following two shootings in Miami Gardens, according to authorities.

The first one happened around 1 a.m., when people in a moving vehicle fired into a car, striking a man multiple times in the 3800 block of NW 210th St., a residential neighborhood near Vista Verde Park, Miami Gardens police said in a statement.

He was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue told the Miami Herald.

Footage from the WSVN 7 News showed several police vehicles and a black car being towed from a residential neighborhood.

Later, four men got out of a dark-colored SUV and began shooting around 2:20 a.m., striking a man and two women in front of the residence in the 700 block of NW 198th St., police said.

The wounded were taken to Aventura Hospital, fire-rescue said.

Investigators placed dozens of yellow evidence markers on the pavement, WSVN’s footage showed.

A woman who lives in the area told the TV station she thought she was in a war zone.

“It was very scary,” she said. “The first thing I did was go to the floor.”
