One pedestrian hospitalized after a hit-and-run driver strikes three in Miami Gardens

Miami Gardens police are trying to track down a hit-and-run driver who crashed into three pedestrians Thursday morning, leaving one of them hospitalized.
At around 11:20 a.m., a driver was exiting a parking lot, at the 16400 block of NW 25th Avenue, when they hit three people standing inside the lot, police said in a news release.
The driver then drove away in an unspecified direction. Two pedestrians remained at the scene, police said. A third was airlifted to a hospital.
Details about their injuries weren’t immediately known.
