One person shot after having dispute in Home Depot parking lot, Miami-Dade police say
A gunman is still on the loose after shooting a man Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of a Home Depot store next to the Midway Crossings mall and Costco in West Miami-Dade, police say.
Midway Crossings is the former Mall of the Americas, 7795 W. Flagler St.
Miami-Dade police say the gunman was in a “dispute” with the victim, who has not been identified, before shooting him. The gunman then fled the scene.
The injured man was taken to a hospital by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and is in stable condition. A woman was detained by police for questioning.
