A man is locked up after being accused of exposing himself to a teenager at a Miami library.

Jonathan Darcelin, 29, was arrested Tuesday afternoon and faces charges of sexual battery and indecent exposure. Miami police say that the 16-year-old victim was inside the Little River Branch Library, at 160 NE 79th St., when Darcelin sat down near the victim’s table.

He looked at the teenage girl and, according to police, said: “Shorty, lets go to the bathroom and give me some head.”

Darcelin then proceeded to expose his penis and masturbate in front of her, according to an arrest report. The victim, who didn’t know Darcelin, told the library manager what happened — and Darcelin was kicked out.

He was arrested at a 7-Eleven, less than a five-minute walk from the library. The victim had identified him in a video provided by police.

Darcelin is being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center without bond as of Wednesday evening.
