1 killed in shooting at a parking lot, next to a tennis court in Miami Gardens, police say
An investigation into a deadly shooting is underway in the parking lot of a Miami Gardens apartment complex, police said Friday.
Miami Gardens police said they found a man with a gunshot wound shortly before 6:40 a.m. in the 1400 block of Northwest 210th Street, next to Florida’s Turnpike. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue determined he was shot to death, police said.
Helicopter video taken by TV news showed police and paramedics in a parking lot, next to a tennis court. The man’s body was covered by a yellow tarp.
No other information was immediately available.
