A scheduled rap performance, a stripper’s birthday bash, a man shot dead at a Miami club

A West Park man was shot dead at a Northeast Miami-Dade strip club just after 2 a.m. Monday, Miami-Dade police say.

Police say Shevoz Lindsay, 25, was dead by the time officers got to The Office, 250 NE 183rd St.

When the shooting happened, the club had just updated its Instagram page with a video of rapper Lubaby4X entering the club.

Instagram account advertisements said Lubaby4X was performing live at the club’s “big birthday bash” for stripper “da1uniqueeee.” Considering the timing of his entrance and the shooting, he probably didn’t get to start his show.

Anyone with information on this shooting can contact Miami Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 (TIPS) or via the website.
