Overnight triple shooting in Broward kills one man and injures two people, cops say

A triple shooting in Wednesday’s first hours left one man dead in Deerfield Beach, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

The other two people shot around 2 a.m. in the 600 block of Northeast 40th Street got themselves to nearby hospitals.

By late Wedesday morning, a BSO SWAT team transport was on the lawn of a house in the neighborhood. It’s unclear who was in the house or how many people are there.
