A hit-and-run killed an 81-year-old man walking near his home. The SUV hasn’t been found

An SUV hit Ceres Novembre as he walked near his Miami Avenue home on July 11. The 81-year-old’s injuries stopped his life on Thursday.

The SUV never stopped. Miami police are looking for it.

It’s described as a light-colored SUV with front-end damage. That damage might have been repaired on Sunday, July 12, or Monday, July 13, as the hit-and-run homicide happened after 10 p.m. on July 11 in the 5500 block of North Miami Avenue.
