A man was shot, killed at the Hard Rock Casino. Police are searching for three people
A North Lauderdale man was killed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and police are asking for help finding three people who may be connected.
Just after midnight on Thursday, Pierre Jules LaCroze, 37, was shot and killed after driving onto the sixth floor of the Winner’s Way parking garage at the Hard Rock Casino, Seminole police said.
Two men and a woman are considered persons of interest after surveillance video shows them coming off an escalator together and walking into the casino.
Police are also looking into the car the three left in, which was a compact four-door gray sedan with its right side hubcaps missing and its left brake light burned out.
The FBI’s Miami division is also looking into the incident.
Marie Abrams, LaCroze’s mother, told WSVN Channel 7 News, “Whoever killed my son needs to be brought to justice. I want them to be punished. My son, he has four kids, and he has a family. It broke my heart.”
Anyone with information about this case is urged to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 or Seminole Police at 954-967-8900. If a tip leads to an arrest, there may be a cash reward.
