Disgruntled customer pulls gun on Miami body shop worker. Cops want to find him.
Miami police are searching for a man who pulled a gun on a body shop worker after he wasn’t happy with the work being done.
On May 28, a man walked into a body shop in the area of Northwest Fifth Avenue and 71st Street. He had been to the shop several times before to complain about the work being done, Miami police spokesperson Kiara Delva said.
This time, a body shop worker was fed up with the man, whom police did not identify, and told him they were not going to continue doing work with him, Delva said. The man then pulled out a gun and put it behind his back.
When the worker walked away, the man put the gun in his pocket and followed the man, video surveillance shows.
There is up to a $1,000 reward for tips that lead to the man’s arrest. Police are investigating an aggravated assault with a firearm charge.
