What police believe was a family dispute led to a man being rushed to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital — almost four hours after being stabbed.

Miami-Dade police said two brothers fighting at a Liberty City home in the 2100 block of Northwest 60th Street ended with one man stabbed around 4 a.m. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue was called around 7:56 a.m. when he had trouble breathing.

No one has been taken into custody yet.
