Back in August 2016, Martinez pulled over two 18-year-old women for running a stop sign. Inside the car, he found a small amount of marijuana and a container of alcohol. He then told them to follow him down a hidden road.

He ordered them to run naked and forced one to give him “a hand-job,” according to the arrest report. If they didn’t comply he told them he would arrest them, police said.

The woman testified during the trial that they felt they had no option but to do what he said.
