An overnight shooting has reportedly killed one and left two injured in North Miami at the corner of Northwest 125th Street and Seventh Avenue. Southbound Seventh Avenue is shut down for 10 blocks.

A 10-block stretch of southbound Northwest Seventh Avenue remains closed Monday morning as police investigate a shooting that left bullet casings and shattered glass in the street.

Police have shut down the road one block west of and parallel to Interstate 95, from Northwest 135th to 125th streets. The overnight shooting left one dead and two injured, Miami Herald news partner CBS 4 reported.

Several windows at the Northwest 125th Street and Seventh Avenue Shell station were shot out.

Those who normally take southbound Northwest Seventh Avenue could take Miami Avenue instead to avoid I-95.
