Father and chef fatally shot his girlfriend in front of their home, then killed himself
Shane Thompkins and her boyfriend, Nate Mincey, worked together at times with the 2DudesandaGirl personal chef business. They lived together in the house she owned on Northwest 70th Street.
And, in front of that house, they died together on Sunday morning.
Miami-Dade police said Mincey shot Thompkins as she talked with her friend Delande Rock, shot Rock and then shot himself. Rock was taken to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital and is in stable condition.
Thompkins, 41, and Mincey, a 32-year-old father of two, were dead on the scene.
No reason was given for the shooting.
