A man standing in his driveway was forced into his home at gunpoint early Wednesday evening, before three masked gunmen tied him and his girlfriend up, then sexually assaulted the woman, police said.

The home invaders, described by the victims as Latin men in their 20s, then stole several items inside the home, including a Beretta handgun, and fled in a gray Lexus sedan owned by the victims.

The incident, which took place in a home near Southwest 84th Avenue and 115th Street, happened at about 6:30 p.m. The victims, a 76-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman, were treated at the scene by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

The suspects remained at large Thursday, though police recovered the Lexus sedan Thursday afternoon near the corner of Southwest 82nd Avenue and 20th Street.
