Do you know who this man is? Police believe he may have information on a murder

Miami-Dade police are hoping to identify a man who may have been a witness to a Florida City murder earlier this month. On Tuesday, police released a blurry photo of a man wearing a blue shirt and what appears to be a hat and said he may have been a witness.

Police say a call came in reporting gunshots in the area of Northwest Ninth Avenue and First Street at about 3 a.m. on Nov. 7. Officers who responded found Joseph Arrasola, 23, dead from a gunshot wound.

Detectives are hoping the photo will generate some tips.

“Detectives are requesting the assistance of the community in identifying the male depicted on the attached flyer who is a possible witness to the incident,” the department said in a news release.
