If car surfing becomes a sport — and law enforcement certainly hopes it won't — Miami is fast becoming ground zero.
For the second time in as many weeks, a man was seen clinging to the hood of a car speeding on I-95, this time on Tuesday afternoon, WPLG Local 10 reported.
According to the station, a viewer sent video of what looks to be a man in a white tank top and blue jeans clinging to the roof of a silver car as it speeds southbound on I-95 near the exit to I-395. The car was going more than 65 mph.
No word yet on whether the Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.

About two weeks ago, a man named Junior Francis rode atop his ex-girlfriend Patresha Isidore's car as it sped 70 mph on I-95 from Broward to Miami-Dade.
The two had fought earlier. "This woman is going to kill me," he told WPLG at the time. Isidore was charged with culpable negligence.
