A 26-year-old man was stabbed to death in Riveria Beach Tuesday after a road rage crash along Interstate 95, police said.
Police said they received a call around 3 p.m. from a man who reported a crash had occurred on I-95, a statement from Florida Highway Patrol said. The caller told police that a gun was involved and asked for officers to respond.
But while officers were taking information from the man, the call cut off, police said. Shortly afterward, another caller phoned 911 reporting a fight on the right shoulder of the interstate, north of Blue Heron Boulevard.
When a trooper arrived, he found two vehicles and Duvarn N. Fraser, 26, with multiple stab wounds, at the scene. Two other men, Mario Rene Briceno, 44, and Jose Rene Briceno Escobar, 49, were also on scene but complied with the trooper’s orders.

Fraser was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital, where he died of his injuries, according to police.
Officers recovered both a gun and a knife at the crash scene and took Briceno and Escobar in for questioning.
They were later released. An investigation into the crash is pending.
