Lawrence Patrick Sullivan, who sports green hair and has facial tattoos that make him look like the Joker from the Batman movies, is in trouble again — this time for marijuana possession.

Just over a week ago, Sullivan's mugshot caused quite a stir after he was busted by Miami-Dade police and charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Police were alerted to the Hammocks Place Apartments in West Kendall May 23 after a passerby saw someone waving a gun, according to police. Sullivan, 29, had a loaded Smith & Wesson handgun with six live rounds in his pocket, police said at the time.

On Wednesday, police got another call. This time reporting that a man with green hair was loitering in a neighboring West Kendall complex at 10691 SW 155th Place, according to Sullivan's police report.

When officers arrived they smelled “a strong odor of marijuana coming from the area where Mr. Sullivan was sitting,” an officer wrote in the report.

“As soon as Mr. Sullivan observed these detectives he attempted to throw the marijuana cigarette on the grass,” the officer said.

He was then arrested.
