Three teenage girls told South Miami police that Victor Hall masturbated in front of them in a Winn-Dixie parking lot Tuesday night. Things got even more revealing once police arrived, according to South Miami cops.

As in Hall’s multiple Baker Act history. And that the Homestead resident was a civilian reserve at Homestead Air Reserve Base. And that loaded automatic weapons packed his Toyota Tundra.

Hall, 41, wound up under arrest for three counts of indecent exposure, one count of disorderly conduct and six counts of carrying a concealed firearm. South Miami Police Chief Rene Landa said there was no indication that Hall had done anything similar to any other women in the city.

Landa’s real concern: the arsenal police found in Hall’s car along with flexible cuffs.

“He had massive amounts of magazines fully loaded and ready to go,” Landa said.

The guns in Hall’s possession, as listed on his arrest report, were: a Bushmaster AR-15 rifle loaded with one 30-round magazine and four 20-round magazines; a Mossberg 500A 12-gauge shotgun with a bag full of shotgun ammunition; a “black AK-47-style” rifle loaded with a full 30-round magazine; a black Glock .40-caliber S&W with a loaded magazine inserted and two more loaded magazines; an “AK47-style pistol” with a 30-round magazine inserted and two other loaded 30-round magazines on the floor behind the driver’s seat; also back there, a Glock 21 .45-caliber automatic with a loaded magazine in the gun and another loaded magazine loose in the car.

There was also a stainless steel 8-inch kitchen knife and one more magazine, but of the adult kind — “Buttman.”

Hall’s concealed weapons permit expired in 2015. After police found Hall in the car with both his driver’s side door and his pants open, smelling of alcohol and moistened by urine, he said, “I’ve been Baker Acted, like, five times in Homestead. Check with Homestead.”

Landa said he spoke with Homestead Air Reserve Base and was told Hall is a civilian reserve. The arrest report says police identified Hall by a U.S. Air Force identification card. A further check on previous pickups in Homestead in which Hall was Baker Acted showed he used a foreign name, said Landa, who didn’t have the name available to him when he spoke to the Miami Herald.

Tuesday night, 18-year-old Adriana Baumann told police the 5-8, 200-pound Hall approached her as she left Winn-Dixie with “You’re so f------ beautiful.” Baumann kept walking to her friends, 18-year-old Grace Sedaghatpisheh and a friend who was still a minor. The minor noticed Hall staring at them. About five minutes later, according to the report, they saw him with his pants down and self-servicing. The three young women jumped into Baumann’s car and accelerated away, noticing Hall kept masturbating.
