Carnivores who bought organic grass-fed beef from the meat bunker at Whole Foods' North Miami store on April 11 are advised by the store to throw out the beef. There’s “the possibility of foreign material in the meat, ” Whole Foods announced Tuesday.

The advisory covers 10-pound packs of 90 percent lean, 10 percent fat organic grass-fed beef with PLU 98161, purchased at the 12150 Biscayne Blvd. location. The beef came prepackaged with a pack date of April 11 and a sell by date of April 14. Customers who bought the meat pack can bring in a receipt for a refund.

The company hasn’t reported any injuries and has removed the beef from the store.

Customers who purchased the product are eligible for a refund if they bring in a receipt.
