After a weekend with two police-involved shootings in the city, Miami Gardens police are investigating another shooting Tuesday afternoon where at least one man was injured.

Police don’t have many details but responded to two separate scenes at Northwest 183rd Street and 33rd Avenue and at 185th Street and 27th Avenue. At the second scene they found a man who appeared to have a head injury but would not disclose how he got hurt. The severity of the injury has not been disclosed.

Police initially responded to the scene at 183rd Street, according to city spokeswoman Petula Burks, but found no one there.

It’s unclear how many people were involved and if anyone else was injured in the shooting. Police also have not confirmed if shootings occurred at both locations. The shooting might have been gang related, according to a report from Miami Herald news partner WFOR-CBS 4.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact Miami Gardens at 305-474-6473 or call Miami-Dade Crimestoppers at 305-471-8477.
