Miami Gardens hosts MLK Day celebration

Miami Gardens will host a Martin Luther King Jr. celebration with entertainment for families and kids, food trucks and community organizations on hand to present information and answer questions.

The event will take place 2 p.m. Saturday at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, 3000 NW 199th St. The event will serve as both a commemoration of the holiday and a community gathering and is free and open to the public.
