A new video from CBS News Miami shows the moment a man was shot and killed by Miami Gardens police. The 33-year-old was killed Friday after police responded to a call about a man having a crisis. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating his death.

A doorbell camera at the home of one of the man’s neighbors recorded the incident. The police mistakenly went into the neighbor’s home as they searched 182nd Street for the address.

“Police went into our house with the guns drawn,” the man said.

The shooting happened just before 4 p.m. Other neighbors were stunned by the episode, with some saying they heard three to a dozen gunshots.
