In the video from the 2400 block of Northwest 141st Street, you see the car pass, one person jump off a bike and duck while scampering away. The video closes with a freeze frame on the car, which appears to be a 2015 Nissan Sentra, as Opa-locka police originally described. While the car appears lighter than the dark gray that police stated, that could be because of video’s faint colors.

Miller, who was shot in the arm, was released from the hospital Friday morning. Jones’ mother, Betty Cook, made an early Friday morning Facebook post that said Jones came through surgery after being shot in the face and back.

Despite the loss of Jones, their leading rusher in the season-opening loss to Indiana, FIU’s football team came from 17-0 down to beat Old Dominion 28-20 over the weekend. In yet another game augmented into the next day by a weather delay, the second half didn’t start until after 11 p.m. Saturday.
