More than 100 firefighters are on the scene of a three-alarm fire Friday in Opa-locka where 20 families have been displaced, Miami-Dade Fire spokesman Lt. Arnold Piedrahita said.

Fire officials say the fire started an apartment building's 3-floor home and then spread to the unit's attic, at 2407 NW 135 St. According to Piedrahita, part of the roof has collapsed.

All residents have been evacuated and no injuries have been reported, said Piedrahita.

The American Red Cross is on the way.

Officials don't yet know how the fire started.
