Man plunges to death from South Beach building

Miami Beach police say though the investigation into Sunday night’s seven-floor plunge from a South Beach residential highrise continues, foul play isn’t suspected.

The death at Flamingo Towers, 1508 Bay Road, “appears to be a suicide,” Miami Beach police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez wrote in a text message to The Herald.
