Man accused of stalking artist Romero Britto

A man is behind bars after being accused of stalking well-known local artist Romero Britto.

Miami Beach police arrested Kerry Pierre, 33, on Wednesday after they found him behind the Britto Gallery on Lincoln Road.

Pierre has had “a history of threats to do violence to Britto and his employees” since 2007, according to an arrest report.

The report also states he has made threats to kill Britto and his employees and demands money from them.

Pierre was charged with aggravated stalking.
