Julia Tuttle exit ramp to Miami Beach’s Alton Road reopened after accident

The Alton Road exit ramp on the Julia Tuttle Causeway is now open after an accident caused the ramp to close for more than two hours on Friday morning.

The accident happened around 11 a.m.
