Miami Beach residents might experience lower water pressure for a week
Miami Beach residents may experience slightly lower water pressure for the next seven days.
Starting Saturday, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department will be replacing concrete pipes on the Miami side of the Julia Tuttle Causeway, which involves replacing a water main that feeds the Beach. According to a message sent by the city to Beach residents Friday afternoon, the work should last until Nov. 22.
There should be no concern for water safety while the work is being done, according to the message.
