Forget the frappé. You can now get a glass of Argentinian malbec with a bowl of creamy truffle mac and cheese at Starbucks.
The coffee chain expanded its more-refined “evening menu,” including wine and craft beer, to several South Florida locations this week.
A Starbucks in Surfside, 9560 Harding Ave., is the only Miami-Dade spot with alcoholic beverages on the menu. In Broward County, Starbucks locations in Pembroke Pines (9700 Pines Blvd.), Sunrise (101 NW 136th Ave.), Coconut Creek (6111 Lyons Rd.) and Deerfield Beach (3349 W. Hillsboro Beach Blvd.) are featuring the new menus.
The added Starbucks items in South Florida comes just a day after Starbucks was touting its new Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe, which will now have real pumpkin.
