A body was found in the water in South Beach. What police are saying so far
A body was found submerged in the shallow ocean water of Miami Beach Friday afternoon, police say.
The body was recovered from the north side of the South Pointe jetty, Miami Beach spokeswoman Melissa Berthier said.
“Miami Beach police are investigating and there are no further details,” Berthier said in an email.
