Venetian Causeway open again after a driver killed a cyclist, Miami Beach cops say

TUESDAY AFTERNOON UPDATE: All lanes were open again by 3:55 p.m.

A deadly crash involving a driver and a cyclist closed the westbound Venetian Causeway lane just after 11 a.m. Tuesday, Miami Beach police said.

The crash happened in the Sunset Harbour area, at the intersection of Dade Boulevard and Purdy Avenue, also known as Sunset Harbour Drive. The cyclist died in the crash.
