Hundreds gathered at South Beach's Lummus Park on Sunday, Oct. 23, to watch athletes ages 9 to 96 test their strength and agility at the Barstarzz fifth annual Pull Up Jam.

The New York-based Barstarzz exercise videos on YouTube have collectively surpassed 100 million views.
