One dead, one detained after altercation at Miami assisted living facility: cops
A “physical altercation” at a Miami assisted living facility ended in the death of a man and another detained Tuesday morning, according to Miami Police.
At around 8:10 a.m., police responded to reports of two men involved in the spat near the 5100 block of Northwest Fourth Terrace in the Flagami neighborhood. Both were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
A police dispatch alert identified the address of the facility as 5120 NW Fourth Terrace, which matches the location of Princess Garden Assistant Living Facility.
Police say an investigation is underway.
