Two pedestrians in critical condition after being struck while crossing Flagler Street

Flagler Street in Miami was closed from West 47th Avenue to 49th Avenue throughout the morning rush hour after a man and woman were hit while crossing Flagler.
Miami police said a westbround driver struck the homeless couple around 6:30 a.m. The driver remained on the scene while Miami Fire Rescue took the couple to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.
