11 arrested during Calle Ocho street party in Little Havana
Thousands of people poured into Little Havana on Sunday for the annual Calle Ocho street party.
What did they do?
Stroll, eat, dance, listen to music, eat some more, dance some more.
Twenty blocks of the famed street were closed for the day of music, food, parades — and, of course, people-watching.
Eleven people were arrested, according to Miami police, mostly for minor offenses that included disorderly intoxication, possession of marijuana, simple battery, retail theft and aggravated assault with a knife.
