Back on September 29, the little girl was having a one-on-one karate session at Showakai Karate-Do USA, 13716 SW 88th St., with Rojas-Frias while her mother watched nearby, a Miami-Dade police report read.

Sometime during the session Rojas-Frias took the girl to a small closet away from her mother’s view, the report read. There, he grabbed her hands and put it inside his pants — trying to force her to do sexual actions, the report read.

After the session, she told her mother what happened. Rojas-Frias was arrested the same day and told officers that while he did take her to a small closet, he denied the sexual allegations, the report read.

He was free to go as detectives waited to interview the young girl, which took place Monday.

Detectives are still asking anyone that may have been “victimized” by Rojas-Frias to call 911 or the Special Victim’s Bureau at 305-715-3300.
