A Florida City man was found shot to death in his home, Miami-Dade police said Tuesday.
Renaldo Clayton was fatally shot at 1635 NW First Ave., at about 9:30 p.m. Monday, said Miami-Dade police spokesman Alvaro Zabaleta.
No other person was found at the home and police did not release any other details in the case.

Clayton, 32, worked on a road crew for the city. A family member said when Clayton returned home, someone was waiting for him inside, and shot him.
The father of a young child was described as a family man with ties to a local church. Though his last name matched that of a victim in an earlier shooting, police didn’t say Tuesday whether the two were related.
