Woman hit and trapped under a car at a Miami-Dade Walgreens, deputies say

A woman was struck by a car in a Walgreens parking lot in South Miami-Dade — trapping her underneath, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday at 28875 S. Dixie Hwy. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue removed the woman from under the vehicle. She was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition, deputies say.
The car’s driver remained on the scene.
