Two men found shot outside South Miami-Dade gas station, cops say
Two men were shot outside a South Miami-Dade gas station Thursday afternoon and are in critical condition, police said.
According to Miami -Dade police, a driver called 911 when he or she saw the victims being shot outside the Tom Thumb on the 18400 block of Southwest 177th Avenue.
The men, who were not identified by police, were transported to Jackson South Medical Center with gunshot wounds in the leg and abdomen, said Miami-Dade police spokesman Christopher Thomas.
The shooter fled the scene. It is still unclear if it was a drive-by shooting.
